- Ordering Information
- You can order by phone (01244 661915), fax (01244 661916), post or e-mail (order@embroidaworld.com). There is a Minimum Order of £100 excluding VAT tax.
- Delivery
- Standard Courier Delivery is charged at £15.95 excluding VAT tax at 20%. If you wish to collect your item's from Embroida World directly, please indicate so when purchasing using the collection option at the checkout. Standard delivery timescale from day of order is 10-15 working days based on number of products, a smaller order is likely to be with you sooner than a larger order.
- Returns

- 1. Printed or Embroidered garments will not be accepted back under any circumstances. Please check colour, sizing, quality etc. before the garments are printed and embroidered on.
- 2. Only faulty garments that have not been worn, printed or embroidered or processed in any manner will be credited. These garments must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods against a Returns Number furnished by Embroida World.
- 3. If garments are being returned, you must contact Embroida World and request a Returns Number. Goods must not be sent back without a returns number provided by Embroida World.
- 4. All returned items will require prior written agreement.
- 5. All goods should be returned no later than 7 days of receipt of the order.
- 6. Correctly supplied goods will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total value of goods plus any carriage charges.
- 7. Items such as Formal Shirts will not be accepted if the goods have been taken out of the packaging.
- Samples
- All Samples are chargeable at Singles Rate plus delivery cost. Samples are fully returnable in their original condition. Samples will be credited in full less delivery charge.
- Payment
- For Non-Account customer, payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card with order or collection. A 30 Days credit is available on completion of a credit account application form and subject to satisfactory references. All accounts are subject to periodic reviews without prior notice.
- Policy
- Our Prices are those prevailing at the date of our acknowledgement of order and apply to all goods and services covered by such an order. We may supply goods or services by more than one consignment and invoice each separately, in which case each consignment shall be deemed to be a separate contract/order. Prices are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax and delivery costs unless stated otherwise. Embroida World will make every effort to fulfil the contract by any stipulated dates but such dates are approximate only and no liability is accepted by Embroida World for failure to meet them. In particular, if events beyond our reasonable control prevent or hinder us, any delivery dates shall be extended by the period of the delay.
